Combination - For Premium Members

Under the Combination Marketing Program, publishers set prices, terms, and discounts for multiple versions and formats of content including softover and hardcover versions of books for libraries, wholesalers, and consumers. Combination offers can be made upon checkout using the publisher or eLibraryPlus shopping cart. Alternatively, publishers may place a sticker with an access code in the back of books to encourage the trial or purchase of electronic versions or related works.

In Example A, the publisher provides access to sample versions of books to encourage the purchase of softcover and hardcover versions.

In Example B, the publisher sets terms and offers electronic access to the content of any hardcover version purchased to offer extra value and incentive for the buyer. In addition, the publisher provides access to sample versions to encourage purchase.

Publishers can encourage the trial of electronic versions of by placing a sticker in the back of any book. The readerpass code is then verified on the eLibraryPlus.com website with access thereby granted. The readerpass may allow for access to sample, student, or complete versions of the book in question or access to one or more other books.

Step 5: Customers Register Access Codes and Receive Access to Content

Customers then submit their access codes at elibraryplus.com which receive immediate verification status.
