About Author
José Cossa is a consultant for the National Center for Women in Information Technology as well as other organizations across the globe. Dr. Cossa holds a PhD in cultural and educational policy studies with a focus on comparative and international education from Loyola University Chicago. He also holds an MA in Ministerial Studies with a focus on leadership from Cape Theological Seminary in South Africa, and a BA in theology from Swaziland College of Theology.
Dr. Cossa’s teaching experience includes being a visiting assistant professor of educational studies at Colgate University, an adjunct assistant professor of comparative analysis and documentary analysis at Loyola University Chicago, an adjunct assistant professor of organizational leadership at Loyola University Chicago and at Dominican University, and a full-time lecturer at Cape Theological Seminary in South Africa.
