About Author

Leticia Nkonya holds a PhD and an MA in Sociology from Kansas State University, as well as a BA from the University of Dar-es-Salaam in Tanzania, East Africa. In addition to book chapters in two edited volumes, Dr. Nkonya has also published articles in journals such as Law, Environment, and Development Journal, and has made many conference presentations on water management in Africa.
