About Author

Clayton S. LaCoe III is the assistant superintendent of the Western Wayne School District in South Canaan, Pennsylvania. He holds an EdD in educational and organizational leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS and an MS in secondary education from the University of Scranton. Dr. LaCoe has presented research regionally at several conferences and nationally with AERA. He has also published in the Pennsylvania Administrator.
