Michael Zarkin is an associate professor of political science at Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah. He received an MA and PhD from the University of Florida and a BA from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Zarkin’s previous books include Social Learning and the History of US Telecommunications Policy and The Federal Communications Commission: Front Line in the Culture and Regulation Wars (with Kimberly Zarkin). His articles have also appeared in journals such as Polity and Policy Studies.
