About Author

Harry Melkonian is senior lecturer at the United States Studies Centre at the University of Sydney and also practices law in Sydney. He holds a PhD from Macquarie University Law School, a JD from New York University School of Law, an MA from the University of Western Sydney, and a BA from the University of Rochester. Dr. Melkonian has been admitted to practice in New South Wales, California, New York and England & Wales. His practice and publications focus on the First Amendment and intellectual property aspects of media law.
