Racheline Barda is an honorary research associate and occasional lecturer in the Department of Hebrew, Biblical and Jewish Studies at University of Sydney in Australia. She holds a PhD, an MA Phil, and a BA Honours from the University of Sydney. Dr. Barda has published in journals such as the Australian Jewish Historical Society Journal and in encyclopaedias such as the Jews of the Islamic World. She was a speaker at the 2006 International Congress of the Jews of Egypt in Israel.
