John F. Dillon is Professor in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communications at Murray State University. Dr. Dillon holds a Ph.D. in journalism from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, a Masters in broadcast journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lehman College of the City University of New York. He teaches in the area of Internet communications, media theory and newswriting.
His earlier scholarly efforts involving the World Wide Web include a look at political nihilism in the 2004 U.S. presidential election as well as the evaluation of self-presentation among older users of the Internet. He has written a book chapter segment about mass media and the elderly, and has published in The Newspaper Research Journal and Editor & Publisher.

William J. McKeel, M.S., is the Television Operations Director and a lecturer in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communications at Murray State University in Murray, KY. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters in Mass Communications from Murray State University. He teaches in the area of television and digital media production, and is the recipient of various production recognitions including the Aegis Video Award. His earlier scholarly efforts include a research paper evaluating online political dialogue.
