About Author

Gemma López is a Lecturer of English Literature at the Universitat de Barcelona (Spain), where she also earned her Ph.D. She has published, in collaboration with Ana Moya, the volume Literatura medieval inglesa (Editorial Síntesis, 2006). She is also the co-editor of the volumes: Pride and Prejudice: A Novel by Jane Austen (Edicions de la Universitat de Barcelona, 2004) and Wuthering Heights: A Novel by Emily Brontë (Edicions de la Universitat de Barcelona, 2005). Her other publications concentrate on contemporary British fiction.
