Francisca O. Norales, Ed.D., is Associate Professor of Business Information Systems at Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN. Among her many publications are The Garífuna culture: A proclaimed masterpiece in Central America (2003), University students’ learning efforts (2003 and Taking the right approach to diversity in the workplace (1999). Dr. Norales is fluent in Garífuna.

Sister Marie Lorraine Bruno, M.A. Catholic University of America, and DLF, Institut Catholique de Paris, is an Associate Professor and former chairperson of Foreign Languages and Literatures at Immaculata University in Immaculata, PA. Sister Bruno is presently an emerita faculty and continues to teach a French language and a French literature course at Immaculata University.

A native of India, Yash Garg is the Director of Curriculum Materials Center at North Carolina Central University. She holds a Master’s degree in English, Library Science, Educational Media, and Sanskrit. She has also taught Hindi and lectured on Indian culture at North Carolina State University.

Geraldine M. Norales is a Certified General Accountant in the province of Ontario, and has occupied managerial positions in the telecommunication industry in Ontario, Canada. Geraldine M. Norales, CGA is fluent in speaking Garífuna.

Concetta C. Culliver, Ed.D., Professor in CRJU at Coppin State University in Baltimore, MD. She has directed and administered several criminal justice programs including Murray State University, Murray, KY; Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Indiana, PA; Benedict College in Columbia, SC and Coppin State University in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Culliver has authored many articles and was the editor of the book, Female criminality: The state of the art (1993).
