The remainder of the study is organized as follows: analytical frameworks in which I engage in conceptual analysis and provide the theoretical framework; education and system transfer in which I analyze the influence of system transfer on education in Mozambique; universal education and political systems in which I analyze the manifestations of universal education under the Machel and Chissano administrations in Mozambique; methodology in which I discuss the problem and conjecture, sample, method, data, procedure, source, research sites, and limitations; results in which I present the outcomes from NVIVO and SPSS; discussion of results; conclusion and implications; appendices; and bibliography.
