In this project, Christians and Muslims were interviewed—along with personnel of the Christian7 and Muslim8 national secretariats in Freetown, the Project for Christian-Muslim Relations in Africa (PROCMURA), and the Inter-Religious Council of Sierra Leone (IRCSL)—to find ways in which Sierra Leone Traditionalists could be included in the ongoing interfaith cooperation and dialogue between Muslims and Christians.9 Information gathered from this project is discussed in the second and third segments of chapter 6.
