Finally, in the concluding part III, I offer an interpretation of the information presented in the preceding chapters and formulate the lessons learned into a suggested action agenda, which must perforce remain tentative as the Gaelic-language revival efforts are as yet nascent. Since many people much more involved than I are contributing to the reconstruction of Gaelic culture, my suggestions must remain respectfully tentative at best.
