Throughout the development of this project, I benefitted from the support and assistance of numerous organizations and individuals. In particular, I wish to thank Westminster College, my professional home for the past seven years, for its ongoing support. Over the past five years, this support has taken the form of a summer research grant, a semester of sabbatical, and several conference travel grants. Drs.
