In this study, the teaching / learning that occurred during the development of the Internet program is understood to be the process of guided interaction, not classroom instruction.

Delimitations

In this study, unintentional change that happens as a result of shock or evolution will not be addressed. Instead, the focus will be on intentional change, which can be thought of as anticipated change.

Assumptions

There will be an underlying assumption in this study that learning leads to change, and change leads to learning, and that one does not happen without the other.
