This book is a call to engagement with teenage boys in the work of forming men. My hope and prayer is that this book will foster commitment and action on the part of mature men to be initiatory elders for our sons during the critical transitional years from boyhood into manhood. My further hope is that this book will facilitate personal growth and understanding for our sons as they make their crossing into manhood.
