Indeed, I am honoured to have Professor Sinjela write the Foreword of this book. Professor Sinjela is not only an outstanding alumnus of the University of Zambia (UNZA) Law School (as referenced in the first few notes of this book, the book is dedicated to four colleagues who will be remembered as some of the outstanding alumni of UNZA Law School and who served as academics at that Law School) but also served as an academic at that Law School during the earlier years of his professional career and before he undertook his postgraduate studies for his Master of Laws (LLM) and Doctor of Juridical Science (JSD) degrees at Yale University Law School in the USA. And Professor Sinjela knew most of the colleagues to whom this book is dedicated, right from their undergraduate days at UNZA Law School through their careers as academics at UNZA Law School and up to the time of their passing. It is therefore most befitting that Professor Sinjela should write the Foreword of this book. Last, but not the least, I would like to thank the peer reviewers and commend the publisher, Cambria Press, for the excellent work leading to the publication of the book.
