About Author
Munib Karavdic is Head of Retail Strategy Development at St. George Bank and visiting lecturer in marketing at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney, Australia. He earned his PhD from UNSW, his M.Com. and B.Bus from the University of Sarajevo. His other publications include a book chapter in Internet Commerce and Software Agents edited by Rahman & Bignall, a journal paper in Marketing Theory and the proceedings at several international conferences. Dr. Karavdic is a member of several marketing related bodies such as the Australian Marketing Institute Council and the Industry Reference Group for Master of Marketing Program at UNSW. He is also on the Advisory Board for the Centre for Applied Marketing, which is a joint research arm of the Australian Graduate School of Management and UNSW’s School of Marketing.
