About Author

Patricia E. Neff is a PhD graduate of Sociology from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She also holds a MA from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a BS from the State University of New York College at Buffalo. Dr. Neff is currently a sociology lecturer at the State University of New York College at Buffalo and employee of the New York State Research Foundation at the Research Institute on Addictions. She has also published in the journal of the New York State Sociologist.
