About Author

R. John Brockmann holds a BA from Georgetown, an MA from the University of Chicago, and a DA from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the faculty in the Concentration in Business and Technical Communication and is the coordinator for the post-graduate certificate program in this area at the University of Delaware.
